Adult Basic Education (ABE):  service in Fife provides free tuition for adults wanting to improve their basic skills in reading, writing, spelling, arithmetic, basic maths grammar and punctuation. They also offer free advice and help to those who are dyslexic, a condition which affects one in ten of the population.
