Fife Intensive Rehabilitation & Substance Misuse Team (FIRST): FIRST provides a Fife-wide rehabilitation service to clients with substance misuse problems via one-to-one, group and volunteer support.  A dedicated worker will work with individuals to achieve goals identified whilst in the service.  Support is available on a wide range of issues which may be affected due to substance misuse.  Auricular Acupuncture is also offered to all clients to enhance their one-to-one support.
